Step into the role of Operations Analyst at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will focus support Private Bank & Wealth Management operations through day-to-day processing, reporting, and issue resolution while ensuring strong risk and control standards. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Manage and support end-to-end processing, reviews, reporting, and issue resolution across accounts, products, and services.
Support client relationship management by identifying client needs and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
Develop and maintain procedures, controls, and governance processes to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare performance reports, MI, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Desirable skills set:
Quality Analyst with strong knowledge of CDD (Customer Due Diligence), KYC, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Experience in client onboarding, account opening, and lifecycle management within banking or wealth management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder communication, reporting, and operational process improvement experience.
You may be assessed on key essential skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
