As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases to ensure smooth deployment and maintaining system stability to provide uninterrupted service. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to implement solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and deliver effective application support is a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience with integration techniques and API management within ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application in customizing packaged software.
- Ability to manage application lifecycle including release management and version control.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving system stability issues in SaaS applications.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
