This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 20 - 25 LPA) Min Experience: 3+ years Location: Delhi, Bengaluru JobType: full-time Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end onboarding process for strategic banking and financial partners.
Coordinate documentation, compliance, and operational requirements to ensure successful partner onboarding.
Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and external stakeholders to drive onboarding projects.
Ensure timely completion of KYC, due diligence, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and related compliance processes.
Track onboarding progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth partner launches.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and operational efficiency.
Lead and coordinate small project teams while managing multiple onboarding initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, Partner Management, or Project Execution .
Experience in the Fintech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
Strong desire to transition into a Partner Onboarding/Partner Success role.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience leading or mentoring a small team (3–4 members) will be an added advantage.
