An Ideal Candidate:

• An Ideal candidate should have a 15–25 years of experience in plant head/ production, operation, Candidates who consider this Plant Head/ Production position aligned with their professional background and long-term objectives are invited to express their interest through the standard application process defined by the hiring organization.

Key Competencies:

• - Oversee day-to-day production operations at the plant to ensure activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.- Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet output requirements while maintaining consistent quality standards across all production lines.- Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when deviations from targets, specifications, or timelines are identified.- Direct and guide production teams, ensuring clear communication of objectives, work instructions, and performance expectations at all times.- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory or industry standards that govern plant production activities.- Identify operational issues or bottlenecks in production processes and escalate or address them using agreed methods and structured problem-solving approaches.
