We are seeking applications for the position of Procurement Expert in various cities across India.

• Lead and manage procurement activities for the Urban Water Metro Project in accordance with applicable procurement regulations, funding agency guidelines, and project requirements.
• Prepare procurement strategies, procurement plans, bid schedules, and contract packaging recommendations.
• Develop and review bidding documents, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), tender documents, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with applicable government rules, client requirements, and multilateral funding agency procurement frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end procurement of goods, works, consultancy services, equipment, systems, vessels, terminals, and associated infrastructure components.
• Coordinate bid invitation, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract award processes.
• Support bid evaluation committees by preparing evaluation frameworks and reviewing technical and financial proposals.
• Provide guidance on procurement methods, contract packaging, qualification criteria, and risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor procurement progress and identify potential delays, procurement risks, and contract-related issues.
• Assist in contract administration, contract amendments, variation management, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with project authorities, consultants, contractors, legal advisors, funding agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain procurement records, documentation, audit trails, and reporting systems.
• Support procurement audits, compliance reviews, and due diligence activities.
• Prepare procurement status reports, contract performance reports, and management presentations.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, Public Policy, Infrastructure Management, or any other related field.
  
• Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience in procurement, contract management, tendering, and vendor management.
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing procurement of goods, consultancy services, and works contracts in the infrastructure sector.
