We’re looking for a Product Design er to help shape experiences across our customer apps, web platform, and internal operational tools.
What you’ll do Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams Turn business and user problems into intuitive and scalable solutions Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and production ready UI designs Contribute to and evolve our design system Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences Participate in product discovery and help shape roadmap discussions Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment What we’re looking for 4–6 years of experience designing digital products Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI deliverables Experience designing mobile-first consumer experiences Good understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design Comfortable working in cross-functional teams Ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain design decisions Proficiency in Figma and other design workflows Attention to detail with a pragmatic mindset Nice to have Experience working on operational or logistics products Familiarity with experimentation / A/B testing Experience maintaining design systems Experience in iterative design approaches What we offer Opportunity to shape products used globally Fast-paced environment with high ownership Competitive compensation Room for growth and impact Work Schedule 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break) 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) Shift timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time) / 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (IST) Office-based role in Bengaluru We enjoy working with ambitious, proactive individuals who have a can-do attitude and are confident decision-makers.
