Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
5–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for building, urban, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
Review and verification of contractor bills, variations, and rate analysis.
Knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.
Coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors for commercial matters.
Preparation of cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project MIS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and ensure timely commercial deliverables.
