Project QS – MEP (Navi Mumbai)

Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for MEP works.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, BOQs, and cost management.
• Experience in post-contract administration and contract management.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to review variations, certifications, and project cost reports.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, billing, and commercial management.
• Experience working on large-scale building/infrastructure projects preferred.
