The Release Manager works closely with key stakeholders in Tryzens delivery team to ensure adherence to our release process, provides holistic reporting and deeply analyses trends to identify where our Release Process could be improved.
The Release Manager will then engage with Senior Delivery Stakeholders to drive these process improvements.

This role is perfect for someone looking to own, implement and manage a Release process that delivers lasting value to both Tryzens and our Client’s Key Responsibilities: Release Management, Co-ordination and Analysis: Provide analysis and insight on adherence and success of Tryzens Release Process.
Update and revise the release Management process to incorporate the latest updates in the industry.
Identify and own any improvements needed to process arising from the analysis.
Communicate Release plans to the wider Tryzens business.
Work with delivery stakeholders to identify cause of release failures and improve release process to prevent recurrence.
Provide Release Management oversight for scheduled monthly platform upgrades on some digital commerce technologies.
Work closely with delivery stakeholders to track adherence to Tryzens Release Process.
Escalate any deviances from process and work with stakeholders to close open items.
Maintain an up to date, accurate release calendar and release note archive for all releases.
Own Release Management process and KPI metrics for all releases across Projects and Products in Tryzens.
Champion Release Adherence and the value it brings to the organization.
Design release processes of implementation projects from build, through test and defect fixing, to the release of new or changed software into Live.
Utilize AI for risk assessment, monitoring, impact analysis, compliance framework adherence and in automating release decisions.
Ensure that deployments meet stringent security and regulatory requirements.
Usage of SRE principles and use of them to enhance release stability.
Collaborate with Technical team to have AI-powered CI/CD pipelines with a strategic focus on efficiency and compliance Strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a global organization.
Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to implement new ways of working and drive adoption.
Good understanding of SDLC and ITIL principles relating to Release Management and usage of AI tools for the same.
Desirable: A passion for e-commerce and experience of working in relevant teams.
Experience of working in release roles or teams with frequent releases to production.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Good knowledge of MS office products, Jira, and confluence.
Minimum of 8 years IT related experience.
Approximately 5 years of release management experience Personal Qualities: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a good team player.
Highly motivated self-starter and good relationship builder.
Resilient and positive in the face of challenges.
Must be able to work proactively and under pressure.
Demonstrate ability of being able to communicate across teams at all levels and with senior management.
