In this role, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, directly contributing to assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging. • Execute assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging tasks in alignment with established processes and work instructions.
• Perform process maintenance on the manufacturing line under supervision to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct testing and quality controls to uphold product standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to issue materials to the production line and stage products for delivery.
• Utilize existing procedures to troubleshoot and resolve standard operational issues effectively.
• Participate in waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of the production site and equipment.
• Manage time effectively to meet task deadlines and maintain productivity levels.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement through coaching and peer collaboration.

Must-Have:

• Diploma or Graduate with 3 plus years of experience with assembly and product repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in quality inspection processes and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with supervision and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with production line operations and material handling.
• Experience with waste disposal and environmental compliance in manufacturing.

Nice-To-Have:
