Resource Executiove

1) Responsible for Staff and Workmen Resource Mobilization. Update and track movement of all the staffs from one site to another site. 

2) Close coordination with HR team on daily basis and prepare recruitment report, CV tracking(received through various sources), panel identification, Interview Evaluation Form signature from panel members and site allocation as per guidance of Resource Head

3) Coordinating with all third-party agencies for CVs as per our requirement, shortlisting the CVs with the help of technical panel, scheduling interview, site allocation, document check and rate finalization within our approved rates. 

4) Real time data input to digital team to showcase the Resource Requirement analysis 

5) Real time update of all staffs identified through various sources (HR, Third Party Agency)

6) Travel coordination with the staffs identified for overseas projects.
