PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Sales Support & Enablement

• Prepare and deliver customer quotations (spot quotes, RFQs, small tenders).
• Support sales reps with customer presentations, proposals, and materials.
• Manage follow-ups on quotes, leads, and opportunities.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Tender & Pricing Coordination

• Interface with Tender Management for regional RFQs.
• Gather customer data for bids and ensure pricing compliance.
• Submit tender responses on time with complete documentation.

CRM & Pipeline Management

• Maintain CRM data integrity across accounts and opportunities.
• Track pipeline, status updates, and ensure sales compliance.
• Monitor KPIs including win/loss and GP per account.
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership

Sales Tools, Reporting, & Analytics

• Update sales collateral, rate sheets, and materials.
• Identify growth opportunities through data insights.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Align quotations with local product (Air/Ocean).
• Coordinate with Finance for credit checks.
• Partner with Marketing for campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on service recovery issues
