About this Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Development Specialist to contribute across all aspects of Salesforce delivery, from low-level design and development to implementation and optimisation. This role involves leading solution design discussions, supporting architectural decisions, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions within a telecom IT environment.




What you’ll do
  • Analyse user stories and contribute to requirement breakdown and solution design
  • Maintain traceability across requirements, specifications, and implementation rules
  • Design, develop and unit test Salesforce functionalities including customisations and integrations
  • Participate in defect triage, bug fixing and issue resolution
  • Provide regular status updates and proactively escalate risks or blockers
  • Support peer reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies such as LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components and Flows
  • Work across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure implementation aligns with Salesforce best practices
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to deliver robust solutions


Who you are
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Lightning (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Triggers
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Understanding of Salesforce application architecture and lifecycle
  • Experience with integrations and API-based solutions
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I, with multiple certifications preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
