Senior Engineer - AI/ML

The primary responsibility of this role is to design scalable intelligent solutions, lead end-to-end implementation, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business impact while mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality, compliant systems.

•  Performs development and implementation of automation and AI‑enabled tools leveraging digitalization techniques and Python scripting to support business and engineering objectives.
•  Performs analysis, design, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and technological maturity.
• Continuously builds digital skills to simplify work processes, creatively solves problems through digital technologies, leverages data for better insights and decisions, and uses digitalization to enhance speed and effectiveness
• Take end-to-end ownership of the architectural vision and technical roadmap for digitalization team.
•  Foster cross team innovation by collaborating seamlessly with engineering counterparts.
• Analytical problem solving- ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions and translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.

• Bachelor’s in computer engineering with 7+ years or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering area with 4+ years of engineering experience in relevant domain

• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages
• Proficient in Python based scripting, automation frameworks, and AI enabled digital tools
• Hard working ability and desire for excellence in executing projects
