About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Digital Engineering team in Bangalore. Remote work is acceptable.

You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, QA Engineers, and AI practitioners to build modern enterprise applications used across global commercial organizations.

This role is much more than implementing UI designs. We expect engineers to understand business problems, contribute to technical discussions, challenge ideas constructively, and continuously improve how we build software.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React/Angular/Next.js.
• Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable frontend solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
• Develop responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device compatible applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Continuously explore and adopt modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted software development where appropriate.
• Take ownership of features from design through production support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, web security principles, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.
• Hands-on experience building complex business applications is required (e.g., SaaS, CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Financial Systems).
• Experience applying AI technologies in software engineering or product development is highly preferred. Examples include AI-assisted development, AI-powered application features, agent workflows, prompt engineering, or LLM integration.
