This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories while driving innovation across animation projects.

Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling assets using industry-standard tools.

Collaborate closely with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual experiences.
Review animation outputs to ensure consistency, quality, creativity, and adherence to project objectives.
Mentor and guide animation team members by providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical support.
Drive innovation by exploring emerging animation trends, creative techniques, and AI-powered tools to enhance production workflows.
Optimize animation processes to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Continuously improve animation standards, design systems, and storytelling methodologies across the organization.
