Senior Power Platform Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior/Lead Power Platform Developer to spearhead our enterprise low-code/no-code initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical consulting, hands-on architectural development, and platform administration. You will be responsible for designing enterprise-grade solutions, establishing platform governance, and mentoring cross-functional teams to automate complex business processes and deploy intelligent AI assistants.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Technical Consulting & Leadership: Act as the primary Technical Consultant for Power Platform solutions, translating complex business demands into scalable, high-performing architectures.

End-to-End Development: Lead the design and implementation of highly complex canvas/model-driven apps, cloud/desktop automations, and external portals.

Platform Governance & Admin: Establish and enforce enterprise-grade security matrixes, environmental strategies, and governance guardrails.

API & Systems Integration: Architect secure data pipelines connecting low-code ecosystems with legacy databases, internal APIs, and third-party enterprise software.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse set of developers, business analysts, and customer stakeholders, maintaining high development standards via code reviews and framework design.

Required Technical Experience & Skills
1. Power Platform Development (6+ Years)
Power Apps: Expert-level development of canvas apps, model-driven apps, and components.

Power Automate: Advanced mastery of both Cloud Flows (automated, instant, scheduled) and Desktop Flows (RPA) for legacy system automation.

2. Platform Administration & Governance (4+ Years)
Deep operational knowledge of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.

Proven experience in environment strategy (Development, Test, Production setup) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policy Management.

3. Advanced Ecosystems & Data Architecture (2–3+ Years)
Dataverse & Database Management: 3+ years managing complex relational data models, role-based security vectors, business rules, and integration frameworks inside Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Hub.

Copilot Studio: 2+ years designing conversational AI chatbots, generative answers, and agentic workflows.

Approval Frameworks: 2+ years configuring multi-stage, dynamic, and parallel approval matrices.

4. Full-Code, Integration & Infrastructure (1–2+ Years)
Software Programming: 2+ years of programmatic experience in an object-oriented or functional language (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Python) to extend platform capabilities via plugins or PCF controls.

API Development: 2+ years designing and consuming RESTful custom connectors and APIs.

SharePoint: 1+ years building modern intranet solutions, document libraries, and custom list schemas.
