About this Role We're looking for a highly analytical and product-oriented Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about solving problems through data and customer insights.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to transform business requirements and user feedback into impactful product experiences across Trackier's SaaS platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision Support the development and execution of the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Customer Research & Product Discovery Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather, analyze, and translate user feedback into product requirements, feature enhancements, and new product opportunities.
Monitor product usage and user behavior to identify trends, validate feature requirements, and drive data-informed product decisions.
Product Roadmap & Planning Partner with the leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap in line with strategic business goals.
Solution Design & Product Innovation Translate customer challenges into scalable product solutions by developing prototypes and presenting concepts to key stakeholders for validation and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with Engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product features within defined timelines.
Market Intelligence & Product Advocacy Represent the company at product and industry events while staying informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to identify new opportunities.
Product Ownership Take end-to-end ownership of the product by driving continuous improvements, ensuring successful feature adoption, and contributing to its long-term growth and success.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related domain.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with SaaS products, product management methodologies, digital marketing ecosystems, or performance marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
