Senior Salesforce Data Analyst/Business Analyst

Project description We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Analyst/Business Analyst Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation. Perform data cleansing, validation, and synchronization activities. Support business analysis for Salesforce initiatives and process improvements. Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) using out-of-the-box features. Coordinate testing activities and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Provide business analysis and recommendations aligned with airline industry processes Skills Must have Senior data analyst and business analyst skills with experience in data cleansing and data synchronization that can also serve as a business analyst for scoping this type of work 3+ years of SF Business Analyst experience. Excellent oral and written communication for requirement gathering, BRD creation, Testing and coordination of UAT with stakeholders Business acumen in Airlines industry Good background in SF Community cloud with out of box configuration.
