Education Qualification
Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Management would be an added advantage.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or HR Analytics.
Experience supporting HR Operations, Shared Services, Payroll, or People Analytics functions preferred.
Proven experience in dashboard development, reporting automation, and data management.

·Exposure to Python, R, Power Automate, or other automation tools would be an advantage.
·Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
