We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).



Key Responsibilities:



Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform



Implement and optimize workflow automation using Flow Designer and workflows



Build and maintain self-service password reset (SSPR) solutions



Design and manage knowledge bases for IT policies and FAQs



Configure ticket triage and intelligent routing using assignment rules and predictive intelligence



Create and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and request workflows



Develop scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts



Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs



Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions



Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes




Required Skills & Qualifications



6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development



Strong knowledge of:



ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)



Flow Designer and Workflow Editor



Service Catalog and Knowledge Management



Hands-on experience with:



Password Reset automation



Workflow automation use cases



IT policies/FAQ implementation



Ticket triage and routing mechanisms



Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs



Experience in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)



Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies




Preferred Qualifications



ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)



ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)



Experience with Virtual Agent or chatbot implementations



Exposure to Predictive Intelligence / AI-based routing



Basic knowledge of CMDB and ITOM




Soft Skills



Good analytical and problem-solving skills



Strong communication and teamwork abilities



Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks



Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
