Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient solutions that meet client requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and design.
- Familiarity with web technologies, digital marketing concepts, and user experience best practices.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager environments for performance and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
