To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Solution Manager Grade 28 - Warehouse Management Solution Automation in Chennai, India.

This role will manage warehouse management solution automation requests coming from factories and convert process needs into global solution capabilities. The role will work with factory, logistics, warehouse, application, and technical teams to design standardized and scalable automation solutions that can be reused across sites.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage warehouse management automation requests from factories, including intake review, requirement clarification, impact assessment, prioritization, and backlog ownership.

  
  

• Work with warehouse, logistics, factory, capability, application, and technical teams to understand process needs and translate them into global solution requirements.

  
  

• Define solution scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, deployment expectations, and adoption requirements.

  
  

• Coordinate with application and integration teams to ensure warehouse process needs are connected to the right systems and technical solution components.

  
  

• Lead solution reviews, sprint demos, stakeholder checkpoints, and release readiness discussions for warehouse automation initiatives.

  
  

• Drive global standardization, solution reuse, documentation, process alignment, and continuous improvement for warehouse automation capabilities.

  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or a related discipline.

  
  

• Experience: 10+ years overall experience in warehouse management, logistics process automation, manufacturing IT, solution management, product management, or related roles.

  
  

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics execution, factory material flow, process automation, and application integration concepts.

  
  

• Experience translating warehouse and logistics process needs into solution requirements, backlog items, implementation plans, and global standards.

  
  

• Ability to work with factory stakeholders, application teams, architects, vendors, and deployment teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  
  

• Strong communication, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills.
