Sr. Assoc, Prod Specialist - MSD, WRB Tech

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 8+  years of expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and financial systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level solutions tailored for banking, insurance, and financial services.

•    Financial System Integration: Develop and integrate Dynamics 365. 
•    Customization & Compliance: Configure Forms, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) to meet financial regulations.
•    Data Security & Governance: Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data encryption for financial transactions.
•    Automation & Reporting: Utilize Power Automate and Power BI for financial analytics, risk assessment, and fraud detection.
•    Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and security within financial Dynamics 365 implementations.
•    Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve system bottlenecks to ensure high-speed financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    Looking for 8+ Years of good  experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) within financial services.
•    Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Azure DevOps, and API integrations for financial applications.
•    Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and SQL Server for financial reporting.
•    Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
•    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
•    Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
•    Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

•    Education: Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology or a Related Field
•    Certifications: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
•    Languages: C#, JAVASCRIPT
