We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Associate - MDM & Endpoint-MDM Intune specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Overview

The Grade 7 – MDM Intune specialist – iOS/Android mobile devices – is overall, would be someone with 6–10 years of IT experience and solid hands-on expertise inMicrosoft Intune, mobile issues in iOS/Android device management, and customer-facingL2 support operations.

• Atleast 2 to 4yr of hands on experience in MDM L2 team supporting on tools mainly Microsoft Intune, AirWatch / Workspace ONE, Micro Focus (OpenText) ZENworks MDM etc.

• Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications.

• Provide mobility MDM end user support for iOS/Android mobile devices in Adding or Deleting users from the EMM console, Performing remote device management actions like Device Wipe, Enterprise Wipe, and Password Reset also device enrolment, password, Configuration, Application, Email issues, DEP Enrollment etc.

• Troubleshooting all mobile device platforms (iOS and Android) with multiple applications.

• Provide support in MDM, MAM(mobile email management administration) like Whitelist/Blacklist devices & pushing configuration profiles to the device utilizing the EMM Portal

• Troubleshoot Mobility MDM tasks
