Your role and responsibilities

As a Information developer, you will be responsible for writing and publishing high-quality documentation for the IBM Power Systems server, AIX, and related products.

. Decipher technical documents for Power Hardware or associated Software and be able to write procedures and documents required for client reference.

. Gather inputs from development/engineers, document the features/defects, and publish documentation in IBM Documentation.

. Work on automation where possible and think of process improvements.

. Work end-to-end on release cycles from analysis of requirements up to publishing content.

. Work collaboratively with team members, leads, developers, quality engineers, product managers, editors, and usability experts to document our products and make our products easier to use.

. Ability to use IBM guidelines, correct grammar, and style guide and document accordingly.

5-13 years of relevant industry experience,

.Documentation Development Life Cycle knowledge.

.Technical documentation knowledge using DITA XML, Markdown, Git, and GitHub.
