Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Conduct trials at our customers plants to demonstrate Value Proposition of our enzymatic solutions.

  
  

• Provide and demonstrate cost benefit to secure business by working closely with the Sales Managers.

  
  

• Lead Troubleshooting activities at plants to support customer expectations.

  
  

• Build strong connection and business relationships across all levels with our customers.

  
  

• Lead Technical part to customize solutions for commercial launches.

  
  

• Proactively work with various internal stake holders such as Sales Managers, Application team and Channel Partner to provide optimized solutions to meet customer expectations.

  
  

• Support Sales Team in developing Key Account Plans and execution.

  
  

• Provide feedback to Application team regarding current and future needs/expectations of customers in the market, to help Application team to develop new products to stay ahead of the curve.  

  
  

• Create future market scenarios to identify current and future customer needs leading to New product and Application opportunities.

  
  

What you will need to be successful

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Alcohol Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.

  
  

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Technical Services, R&D, Application role in Fermentation Alcohol Industry.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of Grain Alcohol industry.

  
  

• Thorough understanding of Grain Alcohol manufacturing process and plants.

  
  

• Aptitude to assimilate data & perform analysis to create scenarios, ability to develop new approaches to test solution, comfortable in asking questions.

  
  

• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skill.

  
  

• Demonstrated ability to work in matrix environment with different business leaders and cross functional teams.

  
  

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  
  

• Willingness to travel extensively, at least 50% within India.
