Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology delivery activities to meet project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to project delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities to guide teams and influence decision-making.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
