Skills Must have Extensive API and UI automation testing experience. Hands-on experience of 7 to 10 years in both functional and automation testing. Proficiency in backend, UI, and database testing. Hands-on testing experience for REST / SOAP services. A solid understanding of requirements analysis, test case creation, regression testing, and defect tracking. Familiarity with agile best practices. Programming languages: Java. Build tools: Maven or Gradle. BDD testing frameworks. AI-Assisted Testing: Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and frameworks for test case generation and optimization. Familiarity with using generative AI for: o Automated test case creation o Test script generation (UI and API) o Debugging and defect analysis o Test data generation and synthetic data creation Understanding of intelligent test selection, self-healing test automation, and predictive defect detection. Ability to apply AI tools responsibly to improve test coverage, speed, and quality while maintaining governance standards.
