Position Summary The Consultant will be responsible for the configuration and troubleshooting of Varicent based performance management solutions to meet the client’s business and technical requirements.
This position requires a proactive and motivated professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing assigned deliverables while collaborating effectively with Senior Consultant to ensure successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities in this role also include consulting throughout the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live.
Consultants will work with senior team members to capture and validate notes from client discovery and review sessions then performing configuration and development tasks both independently as well as under the direction of senior team members.

External client facing experience / prior consulting experience SQL & Data Analysis Advanced skillsets in excel / spreadsheet software Expert communication skills including writing, listening, and speaking
