This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across product development, customer implementations, and engineering operations while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of engineering expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence technical strategy, and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
Experience in Treasury, Banking, Financial Markets, Payments, or enterprise financial systems will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of product development, enhancements, maintenance, and enterprise implementation programs.
Establish strong project governance, delivery frameworks, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication processes.
Drive predictable, high-quality, and timely software delivery while ensuring accountability across engineering teams.
Provide technical leadership by reviewing architecture, application design, APIs, database models, and integration strategies.
Promote modern engineering practices including microservices, cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable software design.
Mentor engineering managers, architects, and technical leaders while building a collaborative, high-performance engineering organization.
Partner with Product, Business, Client Services, and executive leadership to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
Engage directly with enterprise customers during implementations, escalations, and strategic technology initiatives.
Strengthen Agile delivery processes through effective sprint planning, capacity management, estimation, quality assurance, and release management.
Monitor and improve engineering KPIs such as delivery velocity, deployment reliability, release cadence, software quality, and defect management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and technology innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit 15–20 years of experience leading enterprise software engineering, product development, or large-scale technology delivery programs.
Proven success in leadership roles such as Director, AVP, VP, or equivalent, managing multiple engineering and delivery teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, full-stack engineering, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud technologies.
Hands-on exposure to enterprise technology stacks such as Java , .
NET, Python, or similar platforms.
Solid knowledge of relational databases, PL/SQL, application performance optimization, and scalable system design.
Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions within Treasury, Banking, Financial Markets, Payments, ERP, or related domains is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, Agile practices, DevOps, and modern engineering frameworks.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing engineering teams, mentor technical leaders, and drive organizational growth.
Experience with Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity Management, Cash Management, or Treasury platforms will be an added advantage.
