The ideal candidate is not just skilled at editing but understands storytelling, audience psychology, and social media trends to create videos that people genuinely want to watch.
Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create engaging long-form and short-form video content.
Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and storytelling elements to maximize viewer retention.
Add transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver impactful videos.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms.
Optimize videos for different platforms and audience segments.
Incorporate feedback quickly and continuously improve content quality.
Required Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
Experience creating content for social media platforms.
Proficiency in editing short-form and long-form videos.
