We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of our operational and development projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial health. The Senior Accountant will work closely with Finance Manager along with cross-functional teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to support the company's growth and success.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in commercial real estate, retail, and entertainment bases projects
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in the industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft D365 is a must
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

1. Financial Management:

   
   
   • Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
   • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for real estate development and operational projects.
   • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flow to optimize financial performance.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:

   
   
   • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, industry standards, and legal requirements.
   • Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to real estate development projects.

3. Financial Analysis:

   
   
   • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
   • Provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement.

4. Audit and Taxation:

   
   
   • Coordinate and manage annual audits, working closely with external auditors.
   • Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.

5. Team Collaboration:

   
   
   • Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and other departments to gather financial information and provide insights.
   • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the finance team.
