We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for applying the latest techniques to build and deploy enterprise machine learning models across multiple domains. As a highly capable Research and Development Engineer, you will be passionate about data science and machine learning and driven to make an impact.

To Be Successful in The Role You Will Need

To possess many but not necessarily all the below:

• A master’s degree in a STEM subject or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 3+ years of industrial experience in the areas of machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.
  
• Fluency in Python development, backed by practical experience using machine learning libraries like pandas, PySpark, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent.
  
• Hands-on experience with advanced NLP techniques such as BERT, transformers, and others.
  
• Proficiency in using modern search libraries (preferably Elasticsearch).
  
• Technical experience in deploying cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Practical experience in MLOps with a proven record of maintaining and supporting your models in production environments.
  
• A demonstrated ability to exercise technical judgment in solving complex challenges.
  
• Ability to function as an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
