• Assemble/configure a PC, install peripherals and software.
• Assemble components of a standard and/or specific configuration
• Ensure maintenance of the infrastructure (hardware/software/networks) and the user environment.
• Perform necessary updates (hardware and software).
• Clean equipment and replace consumables.
• Provide remote support (hardware/software/networks) to the user.
• Determine the cause of the problem and recommend the appropriate action.
• Configure basic network device functionalities (switch, router, WIFI access points, proxy...), and peer-to-peer and centralized network services.
• Assist users with technical problems (hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure, and update workstations, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve IT incidents.
 

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Information Systems or equivalent training.
• Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Access.
• Windows Server administration (all versions), MCSE certification.
• Very good knowledge of the IT environment, hardware/software, and networks.
• Listening and communication skills, analytical and proactive mindset.
