Logistics Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Reporting to General Management, the Transport Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring goods transport operations on behalf of the company's clients. They ensure the optimization of human and material resources, compliance with contractual commitments, and the quality of service provided.

To this end, they will manage a team of planners and supervisors responsible for the daily monitoring of operations.

Manage, support, and develop teams of transport planners and supervisors.
Organize and supervise daily goods transport operations.
Ensure the planning and optimal allocation of vehicles and drivers.
Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and client requirements.
Optimize routes, operating costs, and fleet utilization.
Monitor operational performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions.
Manage operational disruptions and ensure service continuity.
Ensure compliance with road transport regulations, safety rules, and internal procedures.
Maintain quality relationships with clients and handle operational complaints.
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the implementation of business development projects.
Profile sought
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
Proven experience of at least 8 years in managing road freight transport operations.
Successful experience in managing operational teams.
Good knowledge of road freight transport regulations.
Proficiency in planning, geolocation, and fleet management tools.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
