Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver measurable results.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and demonstrate the impact of improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, standard work instructions, and project reports.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement, recognizing achievements, and promoting best practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement methodologies.

What makes you great

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in leading and implementing continuous improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, FMEA, TPM, MUDA,Standard work and Visual management).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Preferred qualifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and address challenges, adapting quickly and effectively to changing priorities and circumstances.
Excellent English and French communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS tools and Power BI.
