Reporting to the Purchasing & Supply Chain Department, you will participate in operational activities and continuous improvement projects for the department.

Your main tasks will be:

• Assist the Purchasing team in processing and tracking purchase requests.
• Participate in supplier consultation and evaluation.
• Ensure the follow-up of supplier orders until their reception.
• Contribute to updating and ensuring the reliability of the supplier database.
• Participate in the analysis of Purchasing and Supply Chain performance indicators.
• Ensure the monitoring of delivery times and follow up with suppliers when needed.
• Contribute to optimizing procurement and inventory management processes.
• Participate in the preparation of departmental reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Production, Logistics, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure smooth flows.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at strengthening the performance of the supply chain.

• Training from Bachelor's to Master's degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Management.
• First experience in internship in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain is appreciated.
• Good command of office tools, especially Excel.
• Comfort with numbers and data analysis.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Responsiveness and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to learn in a dynamic industrial environment.
