As part of the launch of our real estate platform, we are recruiting a Video Editor specializing in short and dynamic formats. Your role will be to transform our raw footage (property tours, expert interviews, neighborhood analyses) into high-performing content for our social media channels (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

FUNCTIONS:

• Editing various formats: Edit real estate tours, "Top 3" lists by budget, neighborhood guides, and agent interviews;
• Retention optimization: Work on pacing (jump cuts, transitions), hooks, and sound design to maximize watch time;
• Graphic overlays: Integrate dynamic subtitles, title elements (lower-thirds), price tags, and map overlays;
• Format adaptation: Adapt a main shoot into several versions (15s, 30s, 60s) optimized for each platform (9:16 predominantly);
• Technical quality: Ensure color grading, audio mixing (voice clarity), and rigorous verification of on-screen information (prices, sizes, locations);
• Production management: File organization, raw footage archiving, and integration of feedback from the editorial team.
 

PROFILE:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in video editing, with proven specialization in vertical formats (Social Media).
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics and excellent French writing skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve;
• Proficiency in After Effects for text and graphic animation;
• Demonstrate great attention to detail, especially regarding spelling, accuracy of real estate data, and adherence to the graphic charter.
• Responsiveness: Ability to produce quality content within short deadlines, matching the fast-paced publication rhythm.
• Local knowledge: Good understanding of Morocco's territory and major cities (Rabat, Casablanca, etc.) to ensure consistency and relevance of the content produced.

Desired Qualifications (Assets)

• Basic knowledge of filming (smartphone, mirrorless camera, stabilization) to assist during shoots.
• Ability to proofread and validate content in Arabic and French, especially for on-screen elements.
• Previous experience in real estate or the luxury sector is appreciated.
