WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY BE DOING?
The overarching Service Style at voco is based around the concept of hosting. Hosting is an intuitive, appealing and positive concept the embodies the voco brand and service experience. It’s all about thinking and taking care of others, being thoughtful to their needs and ensuring they’re always happy, relaxed and comfortable.

Regarding the role and responsibilities, you will need to perform the followings:
As an F&B Supervisor at voco Muscat Al Mouj, you will oversee daily operations within the food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth functioning of the team. You will assist in managing staff performance, guest satisfaction, and operational standards while supporting the achievement of revenue and quality targets. Your leadership will contribute to creating memorable guest experiences aligned with voco’s brand promise of being refreshingly different and reliably welcoming.
