Lead and manage ETL development using the Ab Initio platform.
* Perform solution architecture, high-level design, and technical review of ETL workflows.
* Guide the development team in building high-performance, scalable, and reusable ETL components.
* Own code quality, design compliance, and adherence to architectural standards.
* Coordinate with business stakeholders, data architects, product owners, and downstream consumers.
* Optimize existing ETL pipelines, ensuring performance and reliability.
