We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (Python) to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business needs, create functional documentation, perform data analysis using Python, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, automating reports, creating dashboards, and leveraging AI/LLM tools to improve productivity and business insights.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Perform data analysis using Python to generate insights and support decision-making.
Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.
Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow documentation.
Use AI/LLM tools to improve documentation, data analysis, and requirement gathering.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Python Strong proficiency in Python Data manipulation using Pandas Data analysis and reporting Data cleaning and transformation Automation scripting Working with CSV, Excel, and JSON data Basic understanding of APIs using Python
