Responsibilities
* Engage professionally with clients via live chat to provide timely and accurate information regarding our services, including commercial fit-outs, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and design-build solutions.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound chat enquiries, addressing questions and providing support with a consistently high level of service.
* Guide clients and potential customers through our website and digital client portals, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and effectively escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams, such as project managers or the sales department.
* Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions and communications within our CRM system.
* Gather and document client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and support processes.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a consistent and professional brand image across all client touchpoints.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a client support or customer service role, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in chat-based communication.
* Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-motivated, disciplined, and organised approach, essential for success in a remote working role.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication platforms is highly advantageous.
* A genuine interest in the construction or architectural industry is desirable but not essential.
