We are currently hiring for the position of Data Entry Clerk - Remote (Work From Home).
This is a Full-Time, remote position. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical information within our systems. This role is crucial for supporting our global consultancy operations and ensuring our advisory teams have access to reliable and current data.
Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from a variety of sources into our company databases and digital systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
• Maintain and update existing records on a regular basis to reflect the most current information.
• Organise and sort information according to established guidelines to ensure optimal usability.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection policies.
• Prepare and generate reports from the data as required by management and advisory teams.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or other database software is advantageous but not essential.
