Mechanical Design Leader with 15+ years of experience in data center infrastructure and mission-critical environments. Demonstrated success in setting up design standards and ensuring compliance with international certifications such as Uptime Institute guidelines. Skilled in strategic planning, budget management, and technical advisory for high-value projects. Has led teams of design managers and delivered large-scale HVAC design solutions. Strong business acumen with involvement in proposal development and client engagement. Passionate about building high-performance teams and driving engineering excellence.
