1. Aptitude in teaching and mentoring on theory and practical training
2. Expertise in the following competencies and Hands on experience
a. Tightening operations
b. Locking operations
c. Torquing
d. Handling of bearings
e. Sealing and bonding
f. Lubrications
g. Fastner removal and installation
h. Insert repair
i. Physical measurements
3. Sound knowledge on Good maintenance practices
4. Basic understanding of DGCA / EASA modules on workshop process and materials
