Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Manager Sales – North to drive enterprise business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and lead high-value sales engagements across the North region.
Responsibilities Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets across the North region.
Drive new business acquisition by identifying and securing strategic enterprise accounts while expanding the customer portfolio.
Acquire , manage and grow at least three large enterprise accounts , ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, key stakeholders, channel partners, and OEMs, particularly Huawei Enterprise Business Group (EBG) and H3C in the North region.
Promote and sell enterprise Networking, Storage, and Compute solutions by understanding customer requirements and positioning the right technology solutions.
Leverage an established network across multiple industry verticals, with strong relationships in the telecom sector , to generate new business opportunities.
Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and successful deal closure.
Consistently achieve sales targets by closing mid-sized (USD 300K–500K), large (USD 750K+) , and multi-million-dollar enterprise deals .
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and partner teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth.
7+ years of enterprise ICT sales experience.
Bachelor's in Business or Engineering (MBA/Master's preferred).
Strong relationships with Huawei Enterprise and H3C in the North region.
Proven experience selling Networking, Storage, and Compute solutions.
Strong network across enterprise and telecom sectors.
Demonstrated success in closing USD 300K–500K deals consistently, with experience in USD 750K+ opportunities.
Experience closing multi-million-dollar deals is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
