As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security objectives and project deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in implementing and managing identity governance and administration solutions.
- Ability to design and enforce security policies related to user authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with integration of identity management systems with cloud and on-premises applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex identity management issues to maintain system integrity.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
