About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with around 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Zoho ecosystem, Deluge scripting, APIs, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. This role requires someone who can understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize applications on Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and other Zoho One suite product as required.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts for workflow automation, custom functions, and business logic.
• Build and manage custom modules, workflows, blueprints, macros, and validation rules in Zoho CRM.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
• Create custom Zoho Creator applications including forms, reports, pages, and workflows. 
• Work with Zoho SDKs, Widgets, and Zoho Marketplace extensions for advanced customizations. 
• Handle data migration activities from legacy systems or other CRMs into Zoho applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Zoho applications and integrations. 
• Maintain proper documentation for all customizations, integrations, and workflows. 
• Ensure data security, user access management, and role-based permissions within Zoho applications.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing Zoho implementations.
• Support event-related marketing requirements, production follow-ups, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience working with Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting language.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations, JSON, and Webhooks.
• Experience with Zoho CRM customization (modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, functions). 
• Good understanding of Zoho Creator application development (forms, reports, custom pages).
• Familiarity with database concepts and query writing (SQL preferred).
• Experience integrating Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, marketing tools, accounting software).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom widgets, and UI customizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients/stakeholders and gather business requirements.
  

 Good to Have:

• Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM Administrator/Developer certification).
• Experience with Zoho One suite implementation across multiple departments. Knowledge of Zoho
• Analytics for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with multi-currency, multi-language Zoho CRM setups.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Fluent English Communication.
