Your Day to Day

As a Commis I, you will assist in the kitchen operations to ensure that all food is served according to pre-determined methods of cooking and plating instructions as per the hotel standards.

What We Need From You

• Previous experience as a Commis I or in a similar culinary role within a luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant, preferably specializing in Arabic cuisine.

  
  

• Sound knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.

  
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workstation.

  
  

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

  
  

• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and performing well under pressure.

  
  

• A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

  
  

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
